Welcome to my blog. This should be the beginning of a new, and opinionated, era in legal blogging. My plan for this page is to educate and inform. I’ll be keeping my readers in the loop on changes in the law and, as a bonus, providing you with my opinion of how good or bad these changes are.
The law is far too complicated and it’s a shame honest people have to expend so many resources to gain access to the dispute resolution system that’s imposed on us by government and funded by our taxes. Hopefully, this blog will help clear up some of the fog there is among non-lawyers with regard to many everyday legal issues.
Finally, I invite my fellow attorneys to correct any errors I may make along the way. We do make mistakes and opinions do vary on some legal issues. That is, of course, why we have appellate courts (which are also very costly to access).
